Burning Bonds

Upon casting a rope of flame spews from the ground in a space of your choice, that you can see within range. When you cast this spell, you can direct the rope to lash out at a creature within 10 feet of it that you can see and the foe takes 1d4 fire damage. The creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be held in place by the burning bonds.

The bonds remain for 5 rounds.
