You create a zone of magical song in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. While within the sphere, creatures can only communicate verbally by singing. When a creature within the area casts a spell with a verbal component, they must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn.

Creatures within the area have disadvantage on saving throws against spells or abilities that cause a creature to dance, such as Otto’s irresistible dance.
