You point your finger, and the creature that damaged you is stuck by lightning and hears a very upset and wrathful voice. The creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. It takes 2d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If they fail by 5 or more they have disadvantage on the next attack. On a Nat1 they are Afraid of the Caster for 1 minute, ignoring immunity to fear. If frightened, at the beginning of their turn they can make a Wisdom saving throw as long as they can't see the Caster.
