Bound in Moonsilver

Choose a humanoid you can see within the range of 60 feet. The target must make a wisdom save or be paralyzed. If the humanoid is a lycanthrope, it is automatically forced into it's humanoid form. The Lycanthrope is then barred from transforming into it's animal, hybrid, or any other form for the duration of the spell.

At the end of each turn, the target can make another wisdom save. If the save is successful, the spell ends.

Undead are immune to the effect but take 2d10 radiant damage on a failed save.
