The caster pulls time from their future to the present. The caster gains a full turn in initiative order as they cast this spell, directly after the ended turn that triggered the spell.
This does not change the casters actual initiative order, and they return to their normal order after the spell.
At the end of this extra round, the caster is incapacitated until the end of their next turn.
