The user can make any and all non-magical inanimate objects within a 10 mile radius that produce sound, such as a radio or instrument, make any sort of noise or sound that the user chooses. Additionally, the user can choose to shorten the maximum distance. For every 500 feet decreased, the user gets an extra minute of time for the spell, with a minimum distance of 750 feet.
If the user has an instrument or other sound-making device on their body, they can instead make a vacuum of sound for up to a minute, giving +10 to stealth.
If the caster has a specific location they wish to make the sound originate from, the caster must use a ward.
The spell cannot evoke other verbal spells such as Power Word Kill, though they are still able to make verbal intimidation, persuasion, or deception checks.
When the spell ends, the user is deafened for the next 1 minute.
