Bloodstone coagulation

You use a small chunk of bloodstone and target one creature that your can see within 120ft, the target must make a constitution saving throw or their blood begins to solidify into red bloodstone. On a failed save they are restrained and they take 2d8 bludgeoning damage. The affected creature can make a constitution saving throw to attempt to break out of the affect

You can reapply the damage on a bonus action.
