A frigid blast of arctic wind and ice forms a 100-foot-long, 5-foot-wide line from you in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity save. On a failed save, a target takes 8d6 cold damage, or half on a success.

The blast extinguishes all non-magical flames in the area.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
