Aetheric Bolt

Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d12 lightning damage. The bolt then arcs to up to two additional targets within 10 feet of the original target, each taking 1d12 lightning damage. A Dexterity saving throw halves the damage for secondary targets.

At Higher Levels:  The spell targets one additional secondary target per level.
