Conductive Chains

When you cast this spell, you create ethereal chains charged with lightning that lash out at up to three creatures of your choice that you can see within range. The targets must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained by the electrified chains. At the start of each of their turns, restrained creatures take 2d8 lightning damage. They can use their action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC, breaking free on a success.

At Higher Levels: Select an additional target per level.
