You summon a surging undercurrent of seawater that outward to 15 feet from you, hindering your enemies. This current is 2 feet high. As long as you are on the ground or swimming, any creature in the current must spend 2 feet of movement for every 1 foot it moves when moving in any direction other than directly away from you. Additionally, if another creature ends its movement while within this area, they must make a Strength saving throw or be pushed 5 feet away from you and knocked prone.

The water spreads out across the ground in all directions, extinguishing unprotected flames in its area and evaporating beyond that point. All water created by the spell disappears when the spell ends.
