You call forth the power of the Frostfell, launching explosive snowballs at your targets. Until the spell ends, you can use your action to a snowball up to 120 ft towards a creature of your choice. Make a ranged spell attack against a target. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 cold damage. Hit or miss, the snowball explodes. The target and every creature within 10 feet must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 cold damage.

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the cold damage is increased by an additional 2d8 for each spell slot above 3rd. This extra damage only applies to the first snowball launched.
