Holy water is teleported to the target area, extinguishing any nonmagical fires and dealing 2d6 radiant damage to any vampires or undead creatures in the area. A creature that takes damage from this spell must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is also blinded until the end of its next turn.
