You brandish the weapon used in the spell's casting and make a melee attack with it against one creature within 5 feet of you. On a hit, the target suffers the weapon attack's normal effects, and you can cause a torrent of fire to burst out in a 15 foot cone from your weapon, Each creature in a range must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one (the target of the weapon attack automatically fails this saving throw)
The fire ignites any flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
* - (a melee weapon which deals piercing damage, excluding the light property)
