Black Strings of A-ree'zi

On an action, a multitude of small holes appear in the surrounding air, suddenly shooting black, impregnable strings out. The hit creature takes 3d4 piercing damage (half if succeeding on a CON save) and begin melting into the creature, starting necrosis and restraining them while lifting them 5 feet into the air as an everlasting sense of dread fills their mind. Next time it's your turn, if your concentration isnt broken, the strings forcefully use an action to rip off the opponent, dealing 3d10 necrotic damage (also half if succeeding on another CON save). If this would reduce the target creature's HP to 0 and the creature needs limbs or a head to survive, it instantly provides them with maximum death save fails, tearing their head and limbs off all at once.

If cast as a 5th-level spell or above, it deals one extra d4 and d10 damage at the respective states per extra level.
