After undergoing the necessary process (Concentration), You receive a small pendant with a binding spell on it.
-While wearing this pendant, you can choose it's form being either a necklace, cuff, gauntlet, or a small knife.
-After binding yourself (and/or others) you choose a sworn target. You must kill the target by the end of the allotted time (365 days). If you do not complete this task, you die instantly at the end of the time frame.
-Whenever you damage the sworn target, they are inflicted with a special strength draining poison. This poison takes away their movement speed by 5ft. every day until they can't move.
-While under this binding, you cannot eat, but do not need to eat.

You can do a special form of magic known as binding. You can bind people as well as objects that are under 150 pounds and you can bind 3 at a time. When you bind something, they can be bound to objects, the floor, or the ceiling. If they are bound to the floor they simply cannot move. If they are bound to the walls or the ceiling, that direction becomes 'down' for them and they see everything as if everyone else is walking on the wall or ceiling. The bound objects/people are only bound for 1 minute unless the binding is renewed or you only bind 1 object/person. If you only bind 1 object or person they can be bound for 10 minutes. In addition, you can bind things to far off points such as the stars, flinging them upward. After using this kind of binding, you fall unconscious for 3 days.
