Cacophonous Symphony

You conduct an ethereal orchestra from somewhere across the cosmos. In a 60 foot radius semicircle behind you, each creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the creature takes 14d6 thunder damage, is deafened for 10 minutes, and is stunned until the start of your next turn. On a success, the creature takes half damage, is deafened for 1 minute, and is not stunned.
