Awaken the Blood

The internal magic deep within you awakens to its full potential, empowering every ounce of arcane energies to its ultimate capabilities.

For 1 minute, you may choose one out of three options once per turn. You may use a metamagic option without consuming sorcery points, you may cause a spell of 5th level and below to deal max damage that you cast instead of rolling for damage, or you may impose disadvantage on a saving throw for a spell. 

At the end of the minute, you gain 5 levels of exhaustion, which you may expend 2 sorcerer points to block 1 stack. Those exhaustion levels cannot be blocked in any other way.
