Welza's Speedy Courier

When you cast this spell it conjures a pseudo dragon, eagle, giant pigeon, or other small flying creature. You can have this spectral creature deliver an item or package to someone instantly from long distances. You must know the recipient's face and name, and delivery must be a single object or gathered into a package. The spectral courier announces the sender's name upon delivery.
If the package cannot be delivered for any reason, including if the recipient refuses the delivery, the material cost and the package reappear at your feet.
What weights and where you can send these packages are determined by the level you cast the spell.

If you attempt to send something with malicious intent with this spell, it fails, and the spectral courier looks upon you with disapproval as it takes your payment for wasting its time, leaving whatever hazard you were trying to send for you to deal with.

4th level: 5 pounds for 10 gold on same plane
5th level: 10 pounds for 15 gold on same plane, 5 pounds for 10 gold on other plane
6th level: 20 pounds for 20 gold on same plane, 10 pounds for 15 gold on other plane
7th level: 30 pounds for 25 gold on same plane, 15 pounds for 20 gold on other plane
8th level: 40 pounds for 30 gold on same plane, 20 pounds for 25 gold on other plane
9th level: 50 pounds for 35 gold on same plane, 25 pounds for 30 gold on other plane
