You touch bones, chitin, or other keratinous material that is not part of a creature and that forms a pile no more than 5 feet in any dimension and form it into any shape that suits your purpose. For example, you can form a weapon, throne, or wall out of bones. The object you create can have up to two hinges and a latch, but finer mechanical detail isn't possible.
You can also use this spell to set broken bones in a limb or other body part. If the DM requires that a broken bone can only be healed by time or a spell such as lesser restoration, greater restoration, or regenerate, them bone shape can be used in place of any of those. However, the caster should also make a DC 15 Wisdom (Medicine) check as well, unless it can actually see the broken bones. On a failure, the bone knits, but incorrectly, possibly leading to a long-term injury.
