Arcane Anchor

You touch a willing creature. Spectral chains rise from the ground and attach themselves to your target's feet for the duration preventing them from being forcibly moved by any spell, attack, or other effect that would displace them.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the number of creatures you can target increases by 1 for each slot level above 1st.
