You lay your hand upon a wall, foundation, or similar surface of a nonmagical object, and send waves of energy to weaken key structural components of the larger structure. You can choose to affect up to a 30-foot cube in space of a continuous structure you can touch. The structure then becomes more prone to collapse, having vulnerability to bludgeoning and thunder damage for the duration as its composition becomes brittle. If these weakened structural elements are not reinforced when the spell reaches the end of its full duration, the structure and any structures dependent upon its integrity collapse. Buildings sufficiently reinforced with adamantine or an equivalent or greater strength material do not collapse in this way.
This spell has a duration of 1d4+3 days.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can increase the volume of the affected cube by 10 feet for each slot level above 2nd.
