A pale white ray streaks out from the casters hand to strike a creature.  The target must make a wisdom save.  If this save fails, the target is unable to speak or make sound.  At the end of each of its turns, the target may make a wisdom save.  If this save succeeds, the spell ends. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible while under the effect of this spell.
