One of your limbs magically detaches from your body and attempts to attach to another creature or object that you can see within range. If the target attempts to evade the spell, they must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw. If the appendage attaches successfully, it remains until the spell ends. You can continue to control the appendage as though it is still attached to your body. If the limb was holding any equipment, it is still holding that equipment. If you cast a spell with a range of touch, your appendage can deliver the spell. If you take the attack action, you can attack with the appendage. If you make a melee spell or weapon attack roll with the appendage against the target the appendage is attached to, you make the roll with advantage. Any attacks against the appendage use the caster’s AC and saving throws. In addition, any damage dealt to the appendage is dealt to the caster.
Attaching your arm to the back of an ogre, grappling the mage leaning against the door by attaching your arm to the door, or adding an extra arm to the barbarian’s relentless assault are just a few options for changing the battlefield landscape.
