Bloody Vine

Activation: By expending one of its charges, the wielder can invoke the rapier's latent power, causing crimson vines to erupt from the ground around the target.

Effect: These vines writhe and twist, ensnaring the target's feet and hindering their movement. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw to avoid being restrained by the vines. If they fail the saving throw, they become restrained until they break free or the effect ends they are also pull 10ft towards the vine.
