Wings of Drakkon - WindBlade

You brandish the blade used in the spells casting, making a slashing movement as  a swift blade of air is launched at your opponent. You can either make a ranged attack against 1 creature within 15 ft. of you, or make a 15 ft. diameter cone attack originating from you. Each creature within that area must make a Dexterity saving throw or be hit. On hit, a creature takes 1 of the weapon’s damage die + your strength modifier in slashing damage. This attack becomes a ranged weapon attack if your Strength score is 15 or higher, and as such cannot be affected by counterspell, antimagic field, or any spells or effects that negate spells, but the attack will only be considered magical if the weapon used in the spell is magic.

This spells range/cone's diameter increases by 5 ft. at, 5th, 9th, 15th, & 17th, levels,  & it gains 1 extra damage die at 5th, 9th, 15th, 17th, & 19th levels.
