Sometimes, you simply need to cry. Focusing on a traumatic or depressing memory, you open the bottle and let out a single tear into the pool inside, causing it to fly out and circle you, multiplying and growing in mass, until you are completely surrounded by a wall of water. By muttering the words ‘wash the pain of away’, the wall becomes a wave, going as far as 60 ft.
All creatures within that radius must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a fail, they take bludgeoning damage determined by how much HP you have and are pushed back 20 ft. On a fail, they take half the damage and are not pushed. You heal a tenth (rounded up) of the total damage you did.
Full health - 2d10
Slightly damaged - 3d10
3/4 total health - 4d10
1/2 health - 5d10
1/4 health - 7d10
Under 10 HP - 10d10
If you are under an effect that alters your total HP, use your original amount when calculating damage.
