You choose an unoccupied space you can see within 30ft of you, a 5 foot by 5 foot orb of roiling arcane energy is created in that position. The bomb lasts indefinitely, or until you trigger it, or it is dispelled.
If it is trigger by you as an action or dispelled, it explodes. The bomb explodes in a 800ft radius sphere in all directions, each creature in the range must make a dexterity saving throw, if any creatures have a dexterity of 11 or below they fail automatically. On a failed save a creature takes 30d10 force damage and 20d6 bludgeoning damage, if they are killed by this damage they are disintegrated as if effected by the Disintegration Ray spell. On a succsessful save the creature takes half damage and can still be disintegrated. This damage cannot be prevented or resisted by anything short of another spell.
This explosion does not dissipate however, it actual suspends itself in time eternally. The 800ft radius sphere is forever stuck in a state of explosion, any creature that starts their turn inside the sphere takes 10d10 force damage and 5d6 bludgeoning damage. This sphere cannot be removed unless by an anti-magic field that covers that space that the original orb was spawned and detonated from. If the explosion is somehow dispelled, all the energy is sucked back inside the orb and it explodes once more, dealing the first damage in the same area, but it does not linger this time.
Objects and structures take quadruple damage and can also be disintegrated.
