Once per each character level the caster can cast this spell before requiring a short/long rest in which they will regain 1d4+2 counters. Starting at 10th level regain 2d4+2 counters per short/long rest.

Upon casting this spell all normal and magical light sources are immediately extinguished in a 60ft sphere centered on the caster.
This spell once casted sends out a quick blast of moonlight which travels around corners and through cracks.
