Ad Hoc

You weave a spell to give another creature a little more time. A target creature within range that you can see gains the benefit of an additional action at the beginning of its next turn. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st.
