Bury/Exhume

This spell allows you to quickly dig up and bury objects. Choose an effect:

Bury. Choose an object no larger than 5 feet in any direction, or a Medium or smaller corpse, within range. The target sinks up to 10 feet down into a patch of loose earth it is on. If the target is not on loose earth, the spell fails.

Exhume. Choose a 10 foot cube of loose earth within range. All objects or remains buried in the earth that are completely contained within the area are instantly brought to the surface.

This spell disturbs the earth a minimal amount, but it still leaves a trace. A creature can tell that something was buried or dug up here with a successful Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC.
