You conjure a magical device meant to aid someone with an impairment or disability. The device appears in an unoccupied space within range. A creature can equip or unequip the device as an action.

Instead of creating a new device, you can target an existing aid device created by this spell within range. The duration of the target device increases by 24 hours. If you cast this spell on a device every day for 30 days, the device becomes permanent and continues to exist after the spell ends.

If creating a new aid, choose an option below. Your DM may allow for additional options to cater to specific disabilities.

Vision Aid. If the target creature has a permanent blinded condition or other vision impairment, this vision aid allows them to see up to 60 feet away without penalty.

Hearing Aid. If the target creature has a permanent deafened condition or other hearing lost, this hearing aid allows it to hear sounds up to 60 feet away without penalty.

Prosthetic. You conjure magical prosthetics that replace one or more missing digits or limbs on the target creature. It functions identically to the part or parts it replaces. The target can detach or reattach it as an action, and it can’t be removed against the target’s will. It detaches if the target dies.

Wheelchair. You conjure a magical wheelchair. A creature riding in the wheelchair has a base walking speed of 30 feet, and can control the movements of the wheelchair with its mind. As a bonus action, the creature riding the wheelchair can activate its limited levitation, causing it to levitate a few inches off any solid surface below it. While levitating, the creature’s walking speed is halved, but it ignores difficult terrain and can climb up stairs and other obstacles a wheelchair could not roll over.
