Amerellion's Additional Arms

A willing creature you touch sprouts an extra set of arms for the duration. Its clothing and armor transmute to accommodate them. These arms can be used for anything an ordinary arm could be used for, including making attacks with weapons, wielding a shield, grappling, or performing somatic components of spells.

As a bonus action, the creature can take the Attack action or the Use an Object action using its extra arms. If attacking with a weapon, it cannot be the same weapon it used to attack with its action.

If both of its extra hands are free, it has advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks involving its arms, including to grapple creatures.
