Does 1d10 lightning Damage per level cast, DM flips a coin and you roll damage, immediately after damage is rolled it is announced whom the attack has hit and they make a dexterity saving throw, damage is halfed if they make the throw. As it is a cantrip it also gets more powerful with the other cantrips on your spell sheet.
