Blazing orbs of metallic fire plummet to the ground in a line 100ft long and 30ft wide, starting at a point you can see within range. Each creature caught within this area must make a Dexterity saving throw. The area spreads around corners and continues past line of sight- only the starting point must be visible for the spell to be cast in full. A creature takes 20d6 fire damage and 20d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Constructs take half damage from this spell, unless they are made from a substance similar to wood or glass. Creatures within the area are deafened for 3 rounds, regardless of the result of their Dexterity saving throw.
After the spell ends, the affected area is difficult terrain unless otherwise acted upon.
The spell damages objects in the area and ignites flammable objects that aren't being worn or carried.
