chaotic calvary

when casting the spell a barrage of artillery shots will appear and hit the target dealing 3-d8 damage 

while doing so the beginning of Fortunate Son will play.

if the player who casted the spell dies during the spell duration the spell keeps going

while spell happens it can send a shell at a random player giving them 1 d8 damage.

also cast the player does nothing.
