You summon all of your power and flood it into the wand. This makes the wand an extremely powerful magical artifact. You are magically exhausted and cannot cast any spells for 1d4 hours, but the wand can now cast any spell you can cast that is below 5th level, even if you did not have it prepared when you cast the spell. The wand can be given to any non-magical user, and is treated as having the same amount of spell slots as you when you cast the spell. If you level up after casting this on the wand, your new spell slot changes do not affect the wand. Additionally, the wand cannot cast this spell. When you utilize all of the spell slots in the wand, it fades into nothingness. There is a small symbol on the base of the wand that you don’t know the meaning of; a triangle with a circle inside, bisected by a line. This wand can utilize the evocation ability “Overchannel” three times; once it is use for the third time, the wand disappears.
If a sorcerer casts this spell, the wand gains half your current sorcerer point total, utilizable by any creature with the wand.
At higher levels, the wand may cast spells of the level cast or lower, excluding the spell used to create the wand.
