Warp Time

As part of casting this spell, you may cast a spell of 5th level or lower with a casting time of one action or lower instantaneously as a reaction to a triggering event within sight, expending spell slots as normal. On your next turn, you may only cast Cantrip spells.

If the spell cast in this way is 3rd level or higher, you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw equal to your own Spell Save DC or suffer one point of exhaustion.
