This spell "weighs on a soul". This makes movement for the castee to be sluggish and makes them unable to run or jump higher than (depends on d8 roll) ft.

You must roll a d20 to cast. If you get past 10, you then roll a d8 and these are the options

1-4 (4 feet)

5-6 (2 feet)

7 (1 foot)

8 (can't jump)
