Blighting Link

You create a malevolent link between yourself and a creature you touch, causing harm to both parties. For the duration, whenever either you or the target takes damage, the other suffers half of that damage (rounded down). Additionally, if either you or the target is subjected to a harmful condition, the other also suffers the effects of that condition.

The link can be broken by moving out of range of the spell, by dispelling magic on either you or the target, or by the caster willingly ending concentration.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the duration increases by 1 hour for each slot level above 3rd.
