A ball of water forms from the moisture in the air in an area the caster can see within range. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 4d6 bludgeoning damage and is paralyzed for 1 minute on a failed save, or half as much damage and not paralyzed on a successful one. A paralyzed creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn, ending the effect on a success. A creature that succeeds on the save, is immune to the paralysis of this spell for the next 24 hours.
The water spreads around corners. It douses flames of both natural and magical sources.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
