A lightning based area of effect spell that is a bolt of lighting directed at an entity that deals an initial 2d6, and then explodes in a firework like ball of lightning in a 10ft radius. the explosion deal an extra 1d6 to everyone in the 10ft radius. All who are in the radius must make a dexterity saving throw to not get hit. The target, if hit, becomes 'electrified' if they fail a con saving throw, which gives them disadvantage on all their rolls until the end of their next turn. All water in area of effect becomes electrified and if walked through causes a those to make a con saving throw and if failed deals 1d4. Water that is electrified lasts for 3 rounds.
You form a swirl of sparking energy and force it towards the target, leaving a trail of fluorescent lilac mist. When it reaches its target, it shatters with force into a spherical area, electrifying everything in it's radius. The bolts of lightning turn to small shrivelled pieces of ash and float like a feather to the floor.
