Arid Sands

Choose one creature within range, an small sandstorm surrounds them, they must make a Constitution saving throw. if they fail, they are Blinded for the duration, at the end of each of the creatures turns, they may repeat this saving throw. if they succeed, they get disadvantage on any ranged attacks they make for the duration. This spell has no effect on creatures that can't be Blinded and/or don’t rely on eye(s) to see, such as a creature with Truesight or Blindsight
