Aargons pain

So effectively this spell lasts forever? Since duration says "Until Dispelled" but it can't be dispelled

There isn't an option for forever, since no official spell lasts forever

 forever or until they die, there isn't an option for an everlasting spell on D&D beyond homebrew creators.

1)2d20 is way too overpowered. As far as I am aware, there is no spell in dnd that can do even 1d20 damage.

2) How does it do 2d20 damage when the creature attacks, but the creature cant move. Attacking is a movement.

 You are wrong on both

1) 2d20 is only 21 damage on average. For comparison Fireball, a much lower level spell, deals 8d6 damage for an average of 28. d20s aren't usually used for damage, but it's not really overpowered.

2) Attacking doesn't count as movement. That is just basic dnd rules.

Uh... I notice that the material components are marked with the asterisk, which implies you must have it while casting the spell. And it's not something worth taht amount, it is literally that amount of coins. Beyond that, it is not consumed by the spell, otherwise it should be explicitly said in text. This also implies that an individual should be carrying, or be near, 20 million gold pieces. This is 400 thousand pounds (180 thousand kilos, for the educated). It ends up having quite the restriction.
