The caster attunes themselves with sand. Until the spell ends, you control any sand in an area that is a sphere with up to a 100 feet radius. You can choose from any of the following effects when you cast this spell. As an action on your turn, you can repeat the same effect or choose a different one.
Bury. You cause creatures of your choice to make a DEX saving throw or become buried completely in sand. They are considered restrained, suffocating, and take 1d6 bludgeoning damage each round.
If cast in quicksand buried creatures instead take 3d6 bludgeoning damage each round.
This has no effect on creatures size giant and up.
Slice. You create slicing blades from the sand, slicing all creatures in a 10ft square area within range. Targets take 8d6 slashing damage and receive 4 rounds of bleeding and blinded.
Pierce. You pierce an object or creature with a compressed spear of sand. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit deal 6d8 piercing damage.
The higher your spell casting modifier the easier it is to pierce harder objects.
Bludgeon. You manipulate an amount of sand equal to a cube with length's equal to 1 + your spellcasting modifier. This sand is formed into a blunt force object and launched at a creature or object of your choice. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit deal 5d10 damage to all creatures of your choice in a square with lengths equal to your cube.
