Pulling with your inner Vigor, you dispel a manifestation of your Gait element into energy and siphon the result into your own pools.

You can choose to absorb all of the manifested Gait element, regaining (volume in ft^3 +  Wis modifier) Vigor points, or you could drain a specific amount of hp (replacing Wis mod with hp amount) to Vigor without fully depleting the target. You can only absorb a size up to your character level in ft^3 per round.
