Hand of Light

Bathing your hands in white light, you reach out to a nearby creature to hinder their accuracy. Make a melee spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 4d6 radiant damage and has disadvantage on all attack rolls until the start of your next turn, or until it hits with an attack. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
