Cataclysmic Annihilation

Upon casting Cataclysmic Annihilation, the caster summons forth the wrath cosmos, causing the very fabric of the reality to unravel within the designated area. The spell unleashes a cataclysmic chain reaction of destruction, with the following effects:

1. All creatures within the area, except the caster, must make a Dexterity saving throw of 25 or take 30d12 force damage, or half damage on a successful save.

2. The terrain is permanently altered, transforming into a wasteland infused with magical energy. All structures, vegetation, and natural features are obliterated, leaving only the caster and any surviving creatures alive.

3. After casting, the caster's spirit is permanently damaged, and they can no longer use magic again.
