A large, 6 feet tall, hovering crystal obelisk appears at a point in range, the obelisk appears to those not in a 15 feet radius from it like a harmless translucent prism, but to those that are within the radius, as a pitch black humming void and black mist begins to spill into the prism and outside it, constellations of stars start to form inside and the depth of the crystal seems endless and terrifying, but magnifying and alluring...
When a creature enters the affected area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, they must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or take 2d4 psychic damage and be stunned and charmed by the obelisk until the spell ends. On a success, they only take half damage and are frightened until the start of their next turn.
The DM rolls a d4 at the end of every round, which determines where the obelisk moves, the obelisk can only move 5 ft. at that direction.
A creature, upon quitting the area of effect loses the conditions, and can immediately re-roll the Intelligence saving throw or it attempts to re-enter the obelisk's range by any means necessary.
A creature that has succeeded it's saving throw is immune to the effect for 24 hours times the number of minutes it has spent under the effect (minimum of 24 hours) .
At Higher Levels: With every spell slot above 5th, the damage increases by 2d4, and the duration by 1 minute.
