Blood Needle

The caster holds out his hand as three small beads of blood form in his hand, the caster can make a ranged spell attack against three creatures with one bead of blood each that flies towards the target. On a hit the target takes 1d4 of necrotic damage. At higher levels you can create more than three beads of blood: four beads at 5th level, five beads at 11th level, and six beads at 17th level.
